Barden Network Engineering (BNE), established in 1995, provides telecoms infrastructure solutions to the telecommunications industry.
BNE operates in the telecommunications contracted work environment from four engineering depots based in the South West and South Wales and has provided telecoms network solutions throughout the UK.
BNE provides the resource, management and training for installation services in the underground and overhead communications network including surveying, planning, cabling UG + OH, splicing, jointing, testing, civil engineering tasks including new duct, new chambers, blockages and external network infrastructure upgrades, commissioning and auditing for both copper and fibre optic networks.
BNE is employed as a sub-contractor to Jurassic Fibre, Wildanet, Airband, Broadway, Avon Line and Openreach Telecommunications via Openreach’s contractors, including telent, KN Group and MJ Quinn.
Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)
In March 2020 BNE became an employee owned business. This means that every employee is now a beneficiary of an Employee Ownership Trust which owns BNE on behalf of all employees now and in the future.
In terms of the day-to-day running of the business, the management team continue to run the company as before and our clients continue to receive the same levels of world-class service from us.
