Barden Network Engineering (BNE), established in 1995, is a leading provider of telecoms infrastructure solutions within the telecommunications industry.

Operating from four strategically located engineering depots in the southwest and south Wales, BNE has a proven track record of delivering telecom network solutions across the UK.

Our comprehensive services encompass resource provision, efficient management, and thorough training for installation activities within underground and overhead communications networks. This includes various tasks such as surveying, meticulous planning, cabling for underground and overhead installations, precise splicing and jointing, rigorous testing, and upgrading external network infrastructure. Moreover, we excel in commissioning and conducting audits for copper and fibre optic networks.

Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)

In March 2020, BNE transformed significantly into an employee-owned business. This pivotal shift means that every team member now holds a stake in the company’s success through the Employee Ownership Trust, which oversees BNE on behalf of current and future employees.

Despite this fundamental change in ownership structure, the business’s day-to-day operations remain under the guidance of our experienced management team. Our clients can rest assured that they will continue to receive the same exceptional levels of service that they have come to expect from us.

Our adoption of employee ownership reflects our unwavering commitment to nurturing a thriving future for BNE. By embracing this model, we aim to cultivate a resilient and superior business asset that all employees can take pride in.

At BNE, dedication has always been at the core of our ethos, driving us to seek growth opportunities and foster new partnerships continually. Under the umbrella of Employee Ownership, every member of the BNE team is not just invested but formally vested in these principles. This fosters a collective responsibility to uphold and evolve them as we move forward.

We actively encourage our employees to contribute ideas for enhancing the business, whether it’s by improving communication channels, identifying cost-saving measures, streamlining processes, or any other innovative initiatives. Moreover, we have implemented effective strategies to ensure transparent communication across all company levels, keeping every employee well-informed about our performance and progress.
