Exceeded customer delivery

Telents Project Manager has passed on her thanks to the Cornwall BNE Team for the outstanding results for Q1 on Project Falcon Crownhill. She has commented that “over the past 18 months [Team BNE] has faced many challenges on the project, through hard work, dedication and commitment to the project these have all been overcome. Each quarter we agree on a handshake with the client that is stretching and in Q1 we not only delivered but exceeded this number which is absolutely fantastic. This is the first time in Crownhill that we have met handshake so to exceed it is something we should all be celebrating. Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved in delivering last quarter’s results. Well done, keep up the fantastic work and thank you Team BNE”.

BNE Cornwall

The Cornwall depot has had a challenging but very successful Q1, working on Okehampton Rural build and Cornwall SEP on behalf of KN.

Being multi-skilled and a trusted pair of hands has enabled BNE to increase our quota of works by inheriting works from other sub-contractors, promising a significantly larger proportion of future works.

KN and Openreach thank the Cornwall depot for their progress on Okehampton rural build and are confident that THP targets will be met at the end of this June.

Many thanks to the whole team – it’s been a challenge!
